all mental health professionals who subscribe to The are required to have a current certification and/or license
and current liability insurance before being granted registered

in this Agreement. The term "Provider" includes
Anorexia Treatment , and its officers, directors, employees,
agents, successors, and assigns. The term "mental health
professional" and "counselor" are used interchangeably
in the Terms and Conditions and on the Site and include a
variety of mental health professionals including, but not
limited to, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, counselors
and social workers.
Services and Conditions of Use
Anorexia Treatment is proud to welcome you to our website,
(the "Site"). Anorexia Treatment (the "Provider")
agrees to provide you a Site with general information, message
boards, chat rooms, the ability to access mental health professionals
and their services, interesting surveys and quizzes, and other
items of interest to you. All of the services provided are
subject to the terms of this Agreement. Provider reserves
the right to modify this Agreement at any time by providing
notice through the Site. You hereby agree that, at all times
that you use the Site, you will abide by the Terms and Conditions
set forth herein. To use the Site, you as User must agree
to all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement.

User Rules for the Site
By using the Site, you agree that you will not undertake any

the Terms and Conditions however, Provider does not have the

might violate Anorexia Treatment ’s Guidelines prior

communications and the consequences of posting those communications.
Anorexia Treatment does not assume any liability or responsibility

or believe that you or someone else may be in danger, contact

Anorexia Treatment reserves the right to monitor, edit,
and disclose material of any nature posted on the message
boards or chat rooms to determine compliance with the Terms
and Conditions set forth herein, to comply with law, to protect
our rights as Provider, or to protect the safety of Users
of the Site. While providing ourselves the right to screen
activities, materials and communication on the Site, we assume
no responsibility to our Users or to others as a result of
screening or for failure to do so.
Copyrighted Materials
Copyrighted material of any nature including, but not limited
to, text, photography, writings, drawings, music, sound, videos,
computer programs, or other software may not be posted on
the Site without the express written consent of the owners
of the copyright of said material. User does not acquire any
ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
User is solely responsible for compliance with any copyright,
trademark, or other proprietary right which may apply to any

Limitation of Liability and Warranties

AS WELL AS ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Provider is not liable for the conduct of other Users or
third parties and the risk of injury from the foregoing rests
entirely with User.
Provider is not liable for damages of any nature including,
without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential,

Interactions with Mental Health Professionals
If you choose to interact with a mental health professional
on the Site, your relationship is strictly with the mental
health professional and Provider is not involved in any way
with that relationship. Provider does not endorse or recommend
any mental health professional on the Site. Provider advises
and encourages User to check the certification and/or licensing
of the mental health professional with the applicable state
licensing Board or authorities. It is also advisable to verify
that the mental health professional has current malpractice
insurance coverage.
User acknowledges that the mental health professionals on
the Site are not employees or agents of Provider and Provider
assumes no responsibility for any act or omission of any mental
health professional. User understands and agrees that, although
a mental health professional may have been accessed through
the Site, Provider cannot predict or assess a mental health
professional's competence and appropriateness for User's needs.
User also understands that User takes full responsibility
for the decision to access a mental health professional through
the Site and to continue to interact with the mental health
professional, and that the role of Provider is strictly limited
to providing access to mental health professionals and their
services for User's consideration.
User hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless Anorexia Treatment , its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers,
employees, agents, successors, advisors, consultants, and
assigns from any and all causes of action and claims of any
nature resulting from the acts of mental health professionals
accessed through the Site.

The Site contains links to other websites, sometimes called
"third party" websites. Provider is not responsible
for the content of linked third party sites and does not make
any representation, warranty, or endorsement with respect
to any content or material or the accuracy of any content
or material on such third party websites.

may contain links to other websites. Provider does not make
any representation, warranty, or endorsement of any product
or the content or accuracy of any materials contained in,
or linked to, any advertisement on the Site.

Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law you agree to indemnify
and hold harmless Anorexia Treatment , and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, directors, co-branders or other
partners, and employees from any loss, damage, expense, liability,
claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees,
made by any third party as a result of, related to or arising
out of, related to a violation of this Agreement, or as a
result of any information, material, or content placed on
the Site by User or your violation of any rights of another.
In no event shall Anorexia Treatment be liable for any indirect,
consequential, special or punitive damages, including any
“lost opportunity” costs.
Arbitration
You and Anorexia Treatment agree that any claim, dispute
or controversy between us or claim by either of us against
the other or the employees, agents or assigns of the other
and any claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or
the Service, no matter against whom made, including the applicability
of this arbitration clause and the validity of this Agreement
shall be resolved by neutral binding arbitration conducted
in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each such arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California
and any arbitral award may be interpreted and enforced by
any court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles,
California. The terms and conditions of this Agreement, including
without limitation this arbitration provision, shall be interpreted
by the internal laws of the State of California.
This Agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving
interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal
Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16. Judgment upon
the aware may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
YOU AND ANOREXIA TREATMENT UNDERSTAND THAT EACH WOULD HAVE
HAD A RIGHT OR OPPORTUNITY TO LITIGATE DISPUTES THROUGH A
COURT AND TO HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE THEIR CASE, BUT EACH
CHOOSE TO HAVE ANY DISPUTES DECIDED THROUGH ARBITRATION.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the
parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein
and supersedes any and all other agreements, communication
(written or oral) between Provider and User. Provider may
amend this Agreement or impose new conditions at any time
by notice from Provider to User as published through the Site.
Any use of the Site by User after such notice shall be deemed
to constitute acceptance by User of such amendments, modifications,
or new conditions.
It is understood and agreed that if any part, term, or provision
of this Agreement is held by a court to be illegal or in conflict
with any law of the state of California, the validity of the
remaining terms of this Agreement shall not be altered, and
the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed
and enforced as if the Agreement did not contain the part,
term, or provision held invalid.
The section titles in the Agreement are for convenience only
and have no legal or contractual effect.
The printed version of this Agreement and any notice or amendment
given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or
administrative proceedings based on or relating to this Agreement
to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other
business documents and records originally generated and maintained
in printed form.
